As a landscape photographer from Cork, I appreciate a good backdrop, and the beautiful surroundings did not disappoint. We had a lovely time hiking the nearby trails, where my little one delighted in spotting various local wildlife—a joy for any child under six. The trails were easily accessible and inviting for families. Our days were filled with fishing at the nearby lake, where laughter echoed as my partner helped our child reel in a few small catches. These moments bonded us in the serene Irish countryside setting, and it felt rewarding as we shared stories by the fire in the cozy lounge back at the hotel. The Villa provides everything a family needs for a relaxing getaway, with spacious rooms and a friendly atmosphere. It's a wonderful base for exploring the rugged landscapes, from sea cliffs to serene lakes. If you’re considering a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this spot for families looking to combine comfort with adventure.
